Holy Trinity’s Mission Endowment Fund Committee is excited to announce that we have funds available to disperse for 2026. What is an Endowment? An endowment fund is a permanent pool of invested assets where the principal remains intact, and only the investment earnings are used to support a non-profit organization's mission for perpetuity. In simple terms, it provides additional support to the church and community beyond the annual budget. It also reassures donors that legacy gifts will be well-managed for the long term.

Holy Trinity’s Endowment funds will be awarded across three designated areas:

  • Community outreach efforts
  • ELCA activities within synods, seminaries, colleges, or local social service agencies
  • Holy Trinity program enrichment, ministry support, or capital improvement

Written directions to apply are available at the ministry info table (hardcopy) and at the link below (pdf). Tell your favorite 501(c)3 organization that applications are due to the church office by Sunday, October 26. If you have questions, please see Julie Hallas, Tony Jones, Matt Sharp, Matt Schumacher, or Dan Perry.

We will also have groups presenting from last year's disbursement in the conference room at 11:15am following 10:00 worship on September 28, October 5, and October 12. Please join us to celebrate how last year's funds were used!
