Congregational Update about Means Testing

Church council appreciates your continued participation & input as part of our collective discernment process for a future pastoral succession plan. Means testing was conducted over the summer to gather input on support for each model and financial viability if the congregation moves forward with the co-pastor model.

As a next step, based on the responses received as part of means testing, members of the executive council will be reaching out to households that indicated they would be able to financially support the co-pastor model. This step is to confirm the availability of funds needed to support this transition but is not a final decision to move forward with the co-pastor model.

After this phase is completed, Council will provide an update on the results of the means testing to the congregation as well as next steps.
