Building a Caring Community – A Dinner of Support

Holy Trinity’s Neighbor-to-Neighbor Team is extending an invitation to the congregation on behalf of Peace Lutheran Church who is hosting a dinner in support of a dear friend and neighbor, M, who has called Columbus home for more than 20 years. Originally from Honduras, she has worked hard to provide for herself and her family.  Circumstances beyond her control have made that increasingly difficult.  With help from others, we can support her and her two school-aged daughters as they continue to be a part of and contribute to our community. 

Members of the Neighbor-to-Neighbor Team will attend and invite you to join them for a homemade dinner that M will lovingly prepare and share a conversation about her immigration journey.  You will also learn more about other neighbors facing similar circumstances.  Please contact Becky or Jeff Warnement if you are interested in carpooling from Holy Trinity to the dinner in Gahanna.
