First Corinthians 15 has been called the Resurrection chapter of the Bible. It rings with the promises of God concerning our victory through Christ over death and our eternal life in Heaven with God. It ends with the command to stand firm in the Lord and to use our mortal lives in God’s service. Always give yourselves fully to the work of the Lord, because you know that your labor in the Lord is not in vain (1 Corinthians 15:58). This is our stewardship response to God who has given us all we are and have. For more information on stewardship, please contact Max Buban.
About this blog
Welcome to my running online dialog on matters of our life together in faith community at Holy Trinity Lutheran Church—where the grace of Christ Jesus our Lord engages each of us and, in turn, sends us out to engage others with that grace as well. I look forward to learning and growing together.
