St. James Lutheran Church, 5660 Trabue Road, will host its 34th annual Brats and Crafts Festival August 4 – 6. Hours are 4:00-9:00 pm Friday, 11:30 am-9 pm Saturday, and 11:30 am – 4:00 pm Sunday. The event will include authentic German food and beer as well as live German polka music and dancing featuring Ken and Mary Turbo Accordians Express in addition to an arts and crafts fair, children’s games, and an 1860’s era “baseball” game on Saturday at 4:00 between the Ohio Village Muffins and the Lutheran Strikers. The weekend concludes with strolling singers from the Columbus Maennerchor and the traditional German Worship Service on Sunday afternoon.
