If you are interested in reserving space at Holy Trinity, please complete a Facility Request Form.  Completed forms may be returned to the church in person, via fax at 614-486-9433, USPS to Holy Trinity Lutheran Church, 2001 Northwest Blvd., Columbus, OH 43212 or email@engagedbygrace.org.  All requests are subject to approval.  Notice will be sent to requestor within 5-10 business days of receipt of completed request.
